Coincruze is a tool that automates your investing based on rules you set — it is not a financial advisor. We publish exactly what the system does, how it works, and what it can't do, so you always know what you're signing up for.
If you're unsure, review the disclosures before enabling automation.
Your assets are held at your broker in your name. Withdrawals and transfers are subject to the broker's rules, but Coincruze does not 'lock' your funds.
You can also disconnect Coincruze at any time to stop automation.
We charge a flat fee of $7 per month. No percentage of your portfolio, no tiers, no hidden markups or commissions.
We disclose any other incentives or relationships in the Transparency hub and Disclosures.
Your account and assets remain at the broker in your name. If Coincruze is unavailable, the automation stops, but you keep access to your broker account and holdings.
We also aim to document portfolio rules and settings so you can continue managing the account directly if needed.
Coincruze does not take custody of your funds. Your broker holds the assets. If you authorize a connection, Coincruze may receive limited permissions needed to execute the features you enable (permissions vary by broker integration).
You can revoke access by disconnecting Coincruze at any time.
Every time your portfolio changes — whether that's a new buy, a sell, or an adjustment — you can see what changed and why in plain English.
