Submitting your email address for the waitlist does not create any contractual relationship beyond receipt of product updates.

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to invest, or an offer of securities.

2. Acceptable use

By accessing this website, you agree not to:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

7. Future terms

When Coincruze launches as a live investment platform, these terms will be substantially replaced by a comprehensive client agreement covering the advisory relationship, fee arrangements, account management, order execution, and all other aspects of the service. Waitlist members will be notified by email before those terms take effect.

We reserve the right to modify these pre-launch terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
