Coincruze is a pre-launch product operated by Crownstone Capital LLC. This website is a marketing and waitlist page only. No investment advisory services are being offered, rendered, or implied by any content on this site.

Nothing on this website — including descriptions of how Coincruze works, its scoring methodology, its pricing, or its planned features — constitutes investment advice, a personalised recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All product descriptions are forward-looking and describe a platform that is not yet live.

Until the platform is operational and a formal client agreement is in place, no advisory relationship exists between Coincruze and any visitor to this website.

2. General investment risk

When the Coincruze platform launches, it will involve real investments in financial markets. All investing involves risk. Before using any investment platform, you should understand and accept the following:

• Capital at risk. The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than you invest, including a total loss of the amount invested.
• Past performance is not a guide to future results. Historical returns — whether of specific securities, market indices, or Coincruze's scoring model — do not predict or guarantee future performance.
• No guaranteed returns. Coincruze does not and will not guarantee any level of return. Any forward-looking statements about the platform's approach are not promises of profit.
• Market conditions can change rapidly. Events including economic shifts, geopolitical developments, interest rate changes, and market dislocations can materially affect the value of investments in ways that no model can fully anticipate.

3. Registered investment adviser status

Crownstone Capital LLC is in the process of registering as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Internet Adviser Exemption provided by the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

SEC registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training, nor does it constitute an endorsement or approval of Coincruze by the SEC or any other regulatory authority.

Until registration is complete and the platform is live, Crownstone Capital LLC is not operating as a registered investment adviser and is not providing any advisory services.

4. Full risk disclosure at launch

A comprehensive Risk Disclosure document will be published before the Coincruze platform launches. That document will cover, at minimum:

• AI and model risk — the limitations of algorithmic scoring models, including the risk that historical patterns fail to predict future market behaviour.
• Algorithmic trading risk — risks specific to automated portfolio management, including the potential for automation to execute trades in adverse conditions without human intervention.
• Market risk — equity market risk, concentration risk, liquidity risk, and other standard investment risks applicable to the asset classes Coincruze will cover.
• Broker and custody risk — risks associated with holding assets at Interactive Brokers LLC, including SIPC coverage limits and the implications of IBKR's business continuity.
• Technology risk — risks arising from system outages, API failures, or data feed interruptions that could affect automation.
• Regulatory risk — the risk that changes in securities regulation could affect the operation or availability of the Coincruze platform.

Waitlist members will be notified by email when this document is published and will have the opportunity to review it before agreeing to any client terms.
