1. Who we are

Coincruze is an AI-powered investment platform in development, operated by Coincruze Inc, which is not yet registered as an investment adviser. In this policy, "Coincruze", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Coincruze Inc.

We are currently in pre-launch. This website exists solely to collect expressions of interest in the Coincruze platform before it goes live. No investment services are being offered or provided at this time.

2. What data we collect

At this stage, we collect only the following:

• Email address — when you submit the waitlist signup form.
• Signup source — which page of this site you signed up from, and whether you opted out of email updates.
• Signup date and time — recorded automatically when you submit the form.

We do not collect financial information, identity documents, government ID numbers, payment details, or any other sensitive personal data at this stage. Like any website, our servers and our analytics service receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes only:

• To send you updates about Coincruze — including launch announcements, early access invitations, and product news.
• To understand the size of our waitlist for internal planning purposes.
• To respond to any enquiries you send us via email.

We will not use your email address to send you third-party marketing, advertisements, or anything unrelated to Coincruze.

4. Geographic scope

Coincruze is intended for use by residents of the United States only. By submitting your email address, you confirm that you are a US resident. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals outside the United States.

If you are located outside the US and have submitted your information in error, please contact us at privacy@coincruze.com and we will delete your data promptly.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Email delivery provider — to send you waitlist confirmation and update emails (Resend).
• Analytics provider — we use Matomo Cloud to understand website traffic. It is configured to run without cookies.

We may be required to disclose your data if compelled by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal process. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

6. How long we keep your data

We will retain your email address on our waitlist until one of the following occurs:

• You unsubscribe or request deletion — we will remove your data within 30 days.
• Coincruze launches and you create an account — at which point your waitlist record will be merged with your account record.
• We determine that we will not be launching — at which point we will delete all waitlist data and notify you by email.

7. Your rights

As a US resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data. We will comply within 30 days.
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• No sale of data — we do not sell personal information. California residents may submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request, though no sale is occurring.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@coincruze.com. We will respond within 30 days, or within 45 days where permitted by law.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies on this website:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
• No advertising or tracking cookies — our analytics runs without cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics or any tool that shares your data with advertising networks.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Waitlist data is stored in access-controlled systems with limited personnel access.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your data has been affected by a security incident, please contact us immediately at privacy@coincruze.com.

10. Children

Coincruze is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as Coincruze evolves — particularly when the full investment platform launches, at which point a significantly expanded policy will replace this one. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email before they take effect.
