1. Who we are

Coincruze is an AI-powered investment platform operated by Crownstone Capital LLC, a Series 65 registered investment adviser. In this policy, "Coincruze", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Crownstone Capital LLC.

We are currently in pre-launch. This website exists solely to collect expressions of interest in the Coincruze platform before it goes live. No investment services are being offered or provided at this time.

2. What data we collect

At this stage, we collect only the following:

• Email address — when you submit the waitlist signup form.
• Name — if you choose to provide it alongside your email (optional).
• Signup date and time — recorded automatically when you submit the form.

We do not collect IP addresses, financial information, identity documents, government ID numbers, payment details, or any other sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes only:

• To send you updates about Coincruze — including launch announcements, early access invitations, and product news.
• To understand the size of our waitlist for internal planning purposes.
• To respond to any enquiries you send us via email.

We will not use your email address to send you third-party marketing, advertisements, or anything unrelated to Coincruze.

4. Geographic scope

Coincruze is intended for use by residents of the United States only. By submitting your email address, you confirm that you are a US resident. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals outside the United States.

If you are located outside the US and have submitted your information in error, please contact us at privacy@coincruze.com and we will delete your data promptly.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Email delivery provider — to send you waitlist confirmation and update emails (for example, SendGrid or similar). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
• Analytics provider — we may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible or similar) to understand website traffic. These tools do not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

We may be required to disclose your data if compelled by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal process. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

6. How long we keep your data

We will retain your email address on our waitlist until one of the following occurs:

• You unsubscribe or request deletion — we will remove your data within 30 days.
• Coincruze launches and you create an account — at which point your waitlist record will be merged with your account record.
• We determine that we will not be launching — at which point we will delete all waitlist data and notify you by email.

7. Your rights

As a US resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data. We will comply within 30 days.
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• No sale of data — we do not sell personal information. California residents may submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request, though no sale is occurring.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We use a minimal set of cookies on this website:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.

We will update this policy as Coincruze evolves — particularly when the full investment platform launches, at which point a significantly expanded policy will replace this one. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email before they take effect.
